At 80, I've launched a new career as a personal trainer, working exclusively with people over 65. I fell flat on my face in a parking lot and it changed me.
I was retired but I decided to move in a new direction and became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Aging Specialist — and started helping other people my age stay strong as we grow old. We're in this together.
I work with clients in person throughout the New York City metro area, and virtually — everywhere.
